SUMMER

                                                     
As we know, we are in summer so here you have a really sweet and delicious smoothie for cooking in summer school or in your house WITH your parents.

WATERMELON SMOOTHIE 

Ingredients
2 or 3 pieces watermelon                          Ice
1 natural yogurt                                      Mint
1 teaspoon lemon juice                            1 cup milk

Preparation
1.    Chop the watermelon, remember to remove the skin and the seeds.
2.    Cut and grind some leafs (2 or 3 depends on you) of mint.
3.   Mix all the ingredients (watermelon, chopped mint, milk, yogurt, lemon and ice) with a hand-held beater until you'll get a creamy mix.
